Your package lands at the warehouse and we log it against your account the same day. You get an email, and it shows up in your account.

Anything in the warehouse by 5pm Tuesday goes on Thursday's sailing to Vieux Fort. Miss the cutoff and it catches the next one.

We clear it through Customs
We file with Saint Lucia Customs and work out the duty. This is why we need your receipt — Customs values your goods from it.

Delivered to your door
We deliver anywhere on the island for a flat rate based on your zone. Everything is paid online first, so the driver never handles money and the handover takes a minute.
Priced by size, not guesswork
Freight is EC$10.00 per cubic foot with a 1 cu ft minimum, plus EC$7.00 per package for handling and insurance. A small box costs the minimum; a big light box costs by the room it takes up on the ship.
Delivery, a flat rate for your zone from our Vieux Fort depot — you see your zone fee when you set your location. And duty and VAT, which Saint Lucia Customs assesses on the value of your goods. That second one is Customs' number, not ours, which is why we need your receipt.

Anything in the Fort Lauderdale warehouse by 5pm Tuesday is on Thursday's sailing. It berths at Vieux Fort the following Tuesday, clears Customs in a day or two, and goes out for delivery straight after.
